Re-suggesting here. HOUWAR + 2 is what I paid (12.5 apparently since I believe my HOUWAR was duped).

Taking 0.9*20.6 (middle price of narrow range of Roboactive Bonk Boy) - 2 pure = 16.55 high range.

Therefore, 12.5-16.55 is the new and improved suggested price range (Kinda dubious though...with hats worth 20 pure, 0.9*Middle Price is a drop of 2 buds in this case, which seems a bit too much. If you deal with 50 bud Unusuals, *0.9 is a drop of 5 buds in price (Basically $200), which is quite a lot...so this *0.9 thing is kinda dubious when you deal with Unusuals that are worth 10+ buds...).

I get the low range at 12.5 buds.

But where do you get the high range from?

The 20.6?

BTW Woifi, what's your opinion about the *0.9 thing? For Unusuals less than 10 or so buds, it seems like a pretty good idea, but when you get Unusuals worth 20 or so, that's a whole 2 buds off ($80), and when you deal with god-tier 50 bud unusuals, that's a whole 5 buds ($200) off, which seems excessive like I said in my post...what's your opinion on that?

Well I know about the problems of this. But 50 pure = ~60 in unusuals for most traders in that league. And bp.tf prices should be in pure buds --> therefor overpay. High pure offers are rare though.

Wait, what if they say they don't require overpay however? I've seen people say they don't require overpay. (P.S. Scyther is better ;))

Then they are lying. Or it's a really rare occasion. Bp.tf still counts overpay. :P

and what if someone states he is looking for a specific hat with his own hat, i don't think you would need overpay on the buyer's side, but do you need to apply it on the sellers side?

See my previous suggestion proof. I didn't bother to copy+paste it.

Roboactive Bonk Boy has a narrow range, take the middle (which is 20.6), multiply by 0.9 (which gives you 18.6), then subtract 2 (since the trade was Modest + 2 for the BB) to get an upper range of 16.6.
