Wanna raise all of the grand duchess sets for me? I'm too lazy :3

    Good proof, btw upboat.

I haven't tried selling any of my duchess items yet, so I can't raise the price.

I was selling sets for over the current price for a while, but I haven't been trading for about 2 weeks.

0.33 is already in range and those offers don't really count (none of them has a bull in bp and all the sellers are still owners).

if anything, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5901419 should be used as proof to LOWER the price since is a 8 months old trade and still unsold

in conclusion, you're trying to raise the price based only on your trades, you own 19 and this is not manipulation?

offers above the range count, even if they did not get the items (means seller is not willing to part with it for that price)

also, you can have a trade up for 8 month asking offers, and just reject everything.

in conclusion, what you say is wrong. him owning 19 has nothing to do with it, it shows he trades alot in it and has experience with the item.

(does not matter for him if the price changes anyway, he knows he can sell for more, it is just so that the rest of the community knows it as well.)

if i comment on a bud trade 50 keys, but never pay the price - should my offer be considered the new price?

and if you have a trade up for 8 months and reject everything then there' no actual sale, hence the trade cannot be used as proof for increasing the price?

he is only relying on his trades for his suggestion, no other sales are shown in this suggestion

Well his screenshots could be fake, if something changed backpack they could have agreed to sell for less, if someone is selling for say .33, they could disagree to trade when you add them.

you can doubt anything, and then there is no way to have any proof.

i never said his screenshots are fake or real, that's not really the point here

all i'm saying is that he is trying to raise the price based only on his trades

i know you never said that, but i am just saying that anything can be wrong, but since we have nothing else to go from, we assume offers are real.

exactly: we're supposed to change the price based on an assumption, not real proof

well we are supposed to change on real proof, but since anything can be fake, we have to assume something is real else you can never gather any proof.
