Beautifull effect. Should be more expensive... I don't understand why just 1.1 or 2 buds... Really вeautifull.
The hat is god-awful. Effects aren't the only thing that are factors in an unusual's value, y'know.
I just said about effect, a new one in Team Fortress. I saw it in game and was really impressed. That's all. I didn't say any word about Hat. :)
well, the effect is awesome also IMO, but the hat being not liked it can't be more expensive, it's like burning flames on a coupe d'isaster
