Yes, this is a trade selling for money, and it's ancient, and the hat sold 3 months ago for an unknown price. Despite this, offers of 17 keys, 18 keys, and a Blizzard Rubber Glove (~18.1) in the last 2 months.

I was not able to find any recent closed trades, and 2 of the trade's previous owners sold it more than 3 months ago for an unknown price, irrelevant in my book.
