Yes i own one of these, but because this is a new hat and the previous suggestion should not have been accepted because it was only sold once in existence.
Proof:
I bought it for 2.1 buds (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12977275)
The owner before me bought it for Steaming Pillar, and the previous owner added some keys (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12828234) Last offer
The owner before that has had too many trades in his history to find the trade (If anyone finds it please post it below --> http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/76561198066553175,3)
And the first owner sold it for 42 keys, as shown in the previous suggestion:

Well how else am i supposed to proof that you sold that hat for 42 keys? Plus there is no such thing as proof stealing...proof is proof.
It doesn't mean it raises ur bp value by 0.1 buds, the least you could do is credit me for the proof.

Anyone buying an unusual and then using themselves as basically the only proof to jack up the price is not good proof (even in a situation like this). The price is 4 days old and a .2-.3 bump isn't enough to warrant a change in 4 days on an unusual.
For example, I could buy a 1 of 1 unusual for 2.6 buds when most of the offers are 2 buds, but that doesn't make it worth 2.6 buds just because that's what the sale was.
EDIT: I'd sell the unusual before making a suggestion. Not because owning it will negatively affect it, it's because it doesn't need to change every single sale.
Yes i understand and you make a good point, however in the previous suggestion, the person only used a quicksell as proof and i want to show that it isnt so. I am trying to sell it for 2 buds and we will see how fast it sells.

On topic though, previous owner bought for a steaming tower, which is 1.9-2.1 in which unusual overpay needs to be applied, which makes it come out to 1.9. (this sale is still fresh considering last suggestion is fresh)
I genuinely think you should sell it or gather offers before bumping it .2-.3. It's not very reasonable considering the price is 4 days fresh. And who's to say it was a quicksale? Could be genuine market price, or you could be 100% correct in saying that was a quicksell and this price is actually incorrect.
tl;dr I still think you need more sales to prove the price bump. However, do as you please :]
Sure, as stated before i will try to see how fast it sells at 2 buds, and if it sells quickly, then my range should be the genuine market for this hat, and if it doesn't, then the suggestion shouldn't pass.
P fetti Noir with overpay is 21 keys, blizz geezer with overpay is 19 keys. Those two with 3 keys is altogether 43 keys, which is 1.9 buds.
Furthermore, the steaming tower with overpay is 1.9. I don't know where you got 2.1 from.
