Since the first owner, Mr, Pinguine ( http://puu.sh/3HDqT.jpg ) who had been in my friends list for quite some time, didn't get any serious offers, I decided to ask what he ultimately sold for, as there was nothing valuable in his bp.

Current owner is a collector ( http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198072386437 - reechfeg lol), so the hat's probably staying there forever.
The other Stormy Brotherhood of Arms is still in its original owner's backpack ( http://puu.sh/3HEdp.png ) so there's no proof of it being sold.
I strongly suggest to not include psycho killer in any proof. He overpays/pays b/os without questioning them.
