I know that selling=/=sold, but when there are people selling/wanting lower than 17, why make 17 the high range?

14 is the low range, because the lowest recorded sale was 14 keys in unusual overpay.

16 is the high range, because the highest recorded sale was 16 keys in unusual overpay.
