Hat has sold for 1.1 at least once, and has also gotten multiple offers in that range. The sale at the top was very possibly 1 bud, but offers around 1 bud are semi-common, so the lower range is 1 bud. I did not see any offers above ~25 keys for this hat therefore, range = 22-25 keys
