Сonclusion: http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/134600184,1 Most of the traded by price 1.33 refs , but you can buy it cheaper for 1-1.33 refs.

Many unsold by price 1,33 refs , I think there will be more to sold for 1-1.33 refs,now price < 1.33 refs -15-20 % of the total market .

1.) You have to provide proof of unsolds at 1.33

Who told you that "unsold"-is good evidence ? "Unsold" means that not price for the item. It is one of the factors that may affect the price, but it a lot of factors and I cannot understand why to put it as evidence of the new price .if I do not sell items at a higher price that does not mean that I will reduce the price (which is possible but not a fact) - I can markups not sell the item.

I have shown ^^ that it is possible to buy cheaper - sellers sell cheaper .
