http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12120371 - "quickselling" for 1 bud (I am skeptical whether 1 bud is a "quicksell" for this hat, since it is the higher of the 2 sales I could pin down)

Hard to tell what exactly it sold for, since in the history i could find, the seller had several items from the buyer(GangFazm) around 1 week after he sold the hat, including 2 unusuals, refined metal, but also 1 bud. Since he was selling for 1 bud, and he has 1 bud from the next history owner, I'm going to assume he sold it for a bud.

There are 2 on oupost (one listed twice by the same person) out of 4 in existance, and no offers on either of them currently. I did a lot of searching on this, and these two sales were hard to dig up.
