I don't know if the bud offer was rejected, looks more like it wasn't seen and the opportunity passed by. Either way, you didn't factor it in the price range, so ok.

P fetti big country is 13 keys taking the lower end to account for overpay, so adding 3 keys in sweets makes the total offer 16 keys. I don't believe that one was rejected either, since the guy hid his own post. In fact, I think you may be jumping to conclusions saying all these offers are rejected, when most just look ignored. The trade owner even states he barely ever checks the site.

Yes, maybe the hat might be able to be boosted, but it is probably better to wait for a sale first then see where the chips fall.

Looks like this item needs to be actually SOLD before it can be priced, especially since it seems most of the offers (the bud) are a month old and the other offers are already in the current range.

And the fact that you own one and are trying to sell it for 15-21 keys doesn't make me any more comfortable upvoting
