This hat , even that the fact that its trully themed doesnt have great offers and there is almost none hype for it. A 1,6 -1,7 bud offer hasnt been offered recently.

Conclusions:Im setting 1,3 as its low end because of the Bloke offer counting unusual overpay and 1,4 because of the Tree guiding by the same fact . The fact that one trade has a b/o if 1,5 and still no ones take its a plus for me. Feel free to agree or disagree with this , Feedback is always aprecciated.
I traded my Bubbling Bicorne, to the sixth link.. he's away for vaction. so can't take down his trade. But damn, looks like i will be losing alot :( bad trade on my part.

hm , that unusual counting unusual overpay as i did here its kinda 1,4 buds . So i wouldnt say its a great deal but is kinda fair.
well i never seen his trade, i was in a server he seen my posting about the buc & he wanted to 1-1, & i liked the theme XD! but not really unusual over pay if we both wanted those hats.
Just sold it for 1 bud, 5 keys & some odd lvled hats! (The hats are crap, since none really buys them) but yeah this is a fair price. hard to sell the damn thing XD

you should give some links that selling or has been sold for your suggested range. You should know that everybody want cheaper prices then in market.

Yes this is true, as stated above!
but i also quicksold it after having on the market for about 4 days. & got this http://imgur.com/WXyfUW1 (The two hats or lvl 42 & 99)
But i just counted them as a key each, rather then 4 Keys each! so that would help with 1.3 as it would be about 29 Keys!
Maybe could of been 1.3 - 1.5, to keep the low end from the last suggestion for the high end.
Its still 1,4 buds counting unusual overpay 1,5*0,9=1,4 which its the high end
