That isn't even 2.1 buds without unusual overpay accounted for.

No idea how the unusual overpay thing works, but here goes nothing, if you use the lower end of the Engineers Cap its 14 keys (~0.6) plus the 28 keys that you got (~1.3) its 1.9 buds.

Sorry, why do you think if YOU sold the hat for THAT, it means that THAT is it's price?
