Levels don't usually matter for Unusuals in most cases, but still... makes me wonder if it was factored in. Upchuck.

Levels can play into pricing unusuals IMO. Check out the Aces High Hat of Cards level 21.

Also I've personally sold a level 69 Hearts Stash (like 4 months ago or something) for .5 of a bud more than market price because the guy wanted the level.

It's mainly just cosmetics, but it can slightly play a role.

Well either way there's one in existence and one legitimate sale so really there ain't much else we can do. :3

I know about the #21 Aces High Hat of Cards. Pretty cool. Now I'm waiting for a Level 52 to hit the market.
