There are only two of these particular hats in existence. It is an excellent effect and super rare; that's why I paid five pure + three pink paints + Delinquent's Down Vest to acquire it (he raised the price a bit after I added him). I'm never selling this hat, just bugs me that it does not have a value attached to it when I paid five buds to acquire it.

This is my first suggestion, but look at my pack; I am very knowledgeable about realistic prices for rags in particular. As someone who has paid in pure and trade for 2X the amount listed on backpack.tf for quality rags, I can state from a position of authority that many of the effects for the rag are hugely undervalued right now on this site. So this is the first attempt to true-up some prices on an excellent heavy hat instead of just complaining about the prices like I normally do.
