      There are 3 of them, this isn't even a rare, limited effect, wtf. How are these so rare? there hasn't been any of them on outpost for quite some time.

        confetti is just flat out hard to get with collectors and such. what surprised me was that it had been 6 months since it was last on the market xD

            Used to be cheap and was the best looking cheap hat so collectors picked that effect and then they became rare to find for sale.

            Also, the crates containing the (then) new effects flooded the market and became easy to find for unboxing, so the old effects became much harder to find and unbox.


            If you unbox one of the first 24 crates, you're guaranteed to get one of the older effects, which makes a lot of them very valuable.
