Looking to make my second suggestion based on another actual trade. The old backpack.tf value for this hat is far too low. While I did not post in this guy's outpost trade, you can see he had multiple offers of more than one bud that he turned down:

I ended up adding him and paying 1 Bud + 15 Keys to get the hat.

You basically paid double what it was worth ???

No, the point of the suggestion is that the value on backpack.tf is only about 1/2 of what it is worth. If I felt like I paid double what it was worth, it would be silly to suggest a new value.

That's why there were multiple bud + offers for the hat in the two links I provided and that is why he would only sell it for 1 bud + 15 keys, because that is an accurate value in my estimation. Value = what people require to give you an item, right? :)

I've been searching rags every day to see which new ones come up and what they are trading at for a few months now. I know very little about spy hats, and don’t look to me for expertise on scout unusuals, but for heavy rags, I am your man… So I feel confident in calling the prices on many of the rags currently listed on backpack.tf as low. I've had the door shut in my face too many times offering MORE than the backpack.tf price to think otherwise. It feels good – whether it is accepted or not – to speak a little sanity into the pricing structure of the ORIGINAL heavy hat - TFC Rag; old-school stylin', baby! :)
