The 7.3 high end would be because of the sale, but there are b/o's at 7, then it is going with 7 for high end. then you say blablabla b/o's are not proof, read again, it would be 7.3 but there are b/o's at 7 making it unfair to set a high end of 7.3

Actually it doesn't matter if it's a 5 month old price. You still have to use sales/offers less than a month old.
