[Proof below] - This hat is 1 of 1 and these are all the sales I have been able to gather and also what they sold for to the best of my detective ability.

Outliers

One was a quickseller and the another 'settled' for an 2 bud unusual offer because nothing else decent was coming along. Therefore all sales around the listed quicksell I have decided to label as outsiders.

The one you are saying sold for a PC Spartan actually sold for a PC Spartan + PC Western + PC Gatsby + 1 bud = ~3.85 buds counting overpay or at least was offered that, if that changes anything :/ They were also reserving for someone gathering 4 pure too

They were on a server so whether they are legitimate or not is debatable. I am no taking in to account retracted offers only sales.

Look at the link you posted yourself, at the top of the notes "CURRENTLY RESERVED TO SOMEONE UNTIL THE END OF 5/20/13 WHO MAY BE PAYING 4 PURE." and the C/O of "P Fetti Spartan, P Fetti Western Wear, P Fetti Gatsby + 1 Bud"

If people are willing to pay more than the current range it proves the range wrong, it's how you raise the price range of an unusual like I did, with offers of more than the current range

Sorry about that but their offers never went through and with a hat that has no price currently sales are essential, offers are usually all over the place and we have no idea if the 4 bud offer was legitimate or not because there is no proof of it.

You can try contacting him and asking for proof otherwise I can't really vote

I've tried this before it always fails. Vote as you wish but I'm still gonna stick with the range I've already got in this suggestion. Thank you for the feedback anyhow. :)
