I sold mine + a Burning Tossle (10.8-11.7 buds) + 0.1 buds in items for a Moon Shaman (35-43 buds, proof of low end here - [url]http://backpack.tf/vote/id/51f56eb34bd7b8f763000002[/url]. This puts the Shitstop at 24.1 buds.
