my current offers are 10 pure, time warp hat of cards+steaming pillar. only had it for really 2 days and my offers vary from 10-13 range in hats

        since he has it those 10 buds "on another account" i would say that they tried to push the price up. this is not allowed and will probably get reported.

            Mind telling us what you payed for it? You could always screenshot your trade history for us to see. Also I saw here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12721041 you offered a Burning Stout Shako which with overpay comes to 4.3 buds, soooo yeah. Only offer that comes near to 9 buds is an offer of a burning Fuka + 2 buds: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11969720 which about 8.4 buds.
