Smoking Noh Mercy seriously needs a raise in price
Only 1 on the market and its dupped but still receiving very high offers
Also note that Steaming Noh is (9.5buds~13buds)-11.3buds

~The Lower offers in the trade are around -8+, which are always rejected.
Anyway I put 10~13buds as the range since many of the 'better' declined offers are in the range, such as 12buds/c.exe. Anyway i think the Smoking Noh can get much more in the future, since it is a very rare misc and imo smoking is popular effect with noh's. It fits with the Steaming Noh (which is 11+buds), seems a bit unusual that the smoking is half the price of the steaming at. Even a dupped one is getting 12+buds offer, i think a clean one will probably get more. Also Generally smoking>steaming. Unless steaming is themed on a certain type of hat ofc, but on noh it isnt
Two things.
Even if smoking is usually better than steaming, it's not always the case. Go see knife storm dixie vs all the other halloween effects for a great example of that of low tier effects still getting tons of cash tossed at it.
We don't vote on dupped prices. Doesn't matter if it's the only one on the market. This only indicates that the price is wrong but doesn't mean this range is right. That's like trying to lower the price of bill's based on the fact that the paints on bill's don't get as much as they used to.

You do realise the Steaming Noh, is dupped too. And the price was accepted on it. Anyway this range is much better than the current rage that is very low.
I'm now looking at the fact that both of the smoking Mercys that exist are most likely dupped. Mistake on my part.
Regardless, much better STILL isn't 100% accurate.

Raising based on dupes are generally conceived as inaccurate because dupes are still valued at less than normal on high tiers (which means that the price should be higher).
However, since I assume the other smoking noh mercy is dupped as well, this is an exception.
Yes that is true, however i find that of there are duppes but the unusual is rare, such as the noh, it does not matter as much. Where as mass dupping such as Secret Bomber, Burning HaZmat(which has fallen by 10~20buds), are effected alot. Clean ones cost much more. (But for Burning HaZmat there is no clean one for some reason;p).
Uhhhhhhhhh, the reason that all the burning hazmats are dupped is because there's only one to begin with.
And a clean ANY high tier costs more, period. :p Just more in those cases. However, when all the versions of a hat are dupped, then any hat can be used to price the hat. Reason why this might be the normal price because there are no cleans.

as far as I can tell it ended up selling for a Hearts Cosa Nostra (3-4 buds) based on the second to last comment .-.
He was also offered much higher and even 1:1 with a Steaming Noh Mercy which as you mentioned recently received a significant boost as well. Proof looks rather good, so as far as I'm concerned this is a much better price.
