http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11404141 -1 month old C/O of a smoking Executioner + sweets (3.6 buds) no other significant offers and unsold for a month.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12912892 -No significant offers within the price range, 1 week unsold.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12665385 -Selling as a set, including the weapons and the Moonman Backpack for 4 buds, has been over half a month.
There is an offer of a Max's + stormy nanobalaclava (1 bud) for the set, and he didn't hide it, I'm guessing he might take it if he gets desperate.
In conclusion, just proving that selling for 4 buds isn't possible anymore, not enough demand for this unusual.
Needs a bit of a bump down.

The best themed Unusual in the entire game, without a doubt.
Confirmed sales would be good, but considering you're just taking 4.2 out of the range, I see no reason not to upchuck.
Just a minor bump down. Still being reasonable within the range, but there is absolute proof that it's not 4.2 anymore, even people with b/o's of 4 buds can't sell it. :/
And I agree with you, it's the best themed unusual ever. :)
