Fairly new trade, nothing much new.

6 pure is commonly offered and has been always turned down recently. They all turned down anything under 7 pure, or more in unusuals. The only 2 sales that have happened between now and the last suggestion are 7 pure and the unpriced Cloud 9 Rack deal.
