I don't see how 19 keys is in the range, the only proof is a retracted offer and there's a B/O of 18 keys.

the one you're unsure of sold for a max head, but not just for the panama, for (atleast) all 3 unusuals.

hard to say, the max is level 1 and then you gotta go by the b/o's of the other unusuals as well.

If we count it by B/Os and the Max's Head at 2, then it was sold at 13 keys, which is an obvious outlier.
