There's one on outpost currently, not mine for the record. Judging by the offers I'm looking at, and the fact that many are in pure, which is a rare thing, the hat needs a small update.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12565199 - B/O 2.7, offers of:
-Beams Ushanka(heavy)(~2.5 buds)
-50 keys (2.3 buds)
-G Fetti Whoopee(~1.3) + 1 = (~2.3 buds)
-2 buds + 5 keys (2.2 buds)
-2 buds + 14 keys + sweets(2.6 + ? = 2.7 probably at least)
-2 buds + 7 keys + lvl.99 muffler (2.4 buds)
-2 buds + 5 keys(again)(~2.2 buds)
-Stormy headwarmer + 18 keys(~2.5 buds)
-2 buds + 17 keys(~2.7 buds, retracted)
-Bubbling Milkman(~1.1) + O. Fire Shako(~1.1) = ~2.2(prices outdated, so iffy)
2.1 should not even be in the range given the amount of offers above it. 2.3 is a commonly offered amount, 2.7 is the highest offer, and there are many offers in between that range. I could not find what the current owner bought it for, nor could I find any other current sales. But I think the amount and caliber of offers merit a small raise.
Let me know what you guys think.
wait for it to sell
I agree (mostly because I see this getting 2.7 pure fairly easily), but you're allowed to make conservative price bumps if they're almost outdated so that they don't become outdated.
still, the seller has plans to sell it. if it goes off the market(the seller keeps it) then its fine to make this suggestion. if it sells for 2.7 which is the only thing the seller is willing to accept, why would the offers bring it down
Like I said, it's up to Tasty. What he's doing is fine by rules and everything else. But I still personally agree with you on waiting and suggesting flat 2.7 later.
I just didn't imagine it would sell anytime soon, given how he will not budge an inch on accepting only pure. And honestly it makes no difference to me whether the accepted price was 2.7 or 2.3-2.7, because I have no plans to sell mine. If it does sell soon, I guess me or someone else can make a counter suggestion. I'll think on it a bit.
That is exactly my angle here. Also in this case I don't believe it will sell for more than 2.7, since that is his B/O, and he is pretty adamant about it. He was already offered it once, but refused because he wanted it in all pure, even if it was just 2-3 keys not in pure.
he didn't refuse it, the guy retracted overnight for him. i was watching the trade to see if anyone was beating my offer for the headwarmer :D
I agree it wont sell for more than 2.7, but if it does sell for 2.7, which is likely, why would offers bring down the unusual.
