Reaffirming the current price since it has been over 3 months since the last successful price suggestion. I was expecting 12-13 keys, but BOOM! Four 11 key B/Os slammed right into my face.

I could only find one recent sale at 13 keys (by none other than our own Christley </3 Peelz!) No offers found at 13 keys. Many sales, offers, and B/Os at 11 keys. Offers and B/Os at 12 keys common. Feedback welcome!
You don't have to use overpay if someone offers a B.M.O.C., a B.M.O.C. is a highly traded item has a rather set value of what it could foreseeably fetch in keys. Overpay is more commonly used when calculating Unusual overpay meaning someone offered with an unusual. This is because unusuals are not commonly traded at high frequency daily and therefore it may take days to weeks to resell for a certain amount, and its unknown whether anyone is even willing to pay that amount. Therefore you may treat B.M.O.C.s at 12 keys instead of applying that massive 10% reduction in value which is even less than some quicksell buyers pay for them.
Ok, fixed. Overpay for normal items still apply normally though, right? (Ex. 13 keys in stranges, genuines, etc. = 11.7) Is my suggestion fine?
Stranges are okay to take at low end value. Genuines/Vintages are much harder to sell (especially recently with their prices dropping like crazy) and overpay for them is fine I suppose. Promo items usually have a pretty stable value with only slight variations. A quick list of promo items include: Hat of Undeniable Wealth and Respect, Max Heads, Vintage Bill's Hats, Buds, B.M.O.C.s, Bill's Hats, Essential Accessories, Ebenezers, and Salvaged Crates (though Salvaged Crates are really a 'promo') You'll see on some unusual trades people will list a combination of these items since they are rather easy to exchange for their current value in a reasonable fashion. In regards to sweets such as miscs/hats or metal: treat at low-end because really anything under a key is really just a sweet to coerce the person to accept an offer.
