Conclusion
3.66 ref is pretty much impossible. Sellers have decided to aim for a bit less, so the price should be that way. The reason why I have so few links is because there are many on Outpost that are untradeable, being sold in sets, looking for offers (they aren't getting any) or being highballed (they're unsold, too).

I think this is like this and not the 0.33 vintages because the 0.33 vintages are the ones that were the first weapons so they are a lot more common I guess. The vintages introduced in Christmas (this, the lochnload, etc.) are a lot rarer and have more demand.
