I'm think 1.22 - 1.33 but I'm going to let the ellis cap be one and only craft hat that so ugly it's a scrap lower then the standard 1.33 "evil laugh".

Yeah that's plenty of proof to sell this. I had trouble when I had one even 3-4 weeks ago trying to sell at 1.44 or 1.55. This has been a long time coming, and the proof is fine.

Ugly? Personally I think this hat looks badass with the dragonborn. I have a craft # jaw that I use with my stormy dragonborn, and I think it looks kick ass. But, the proof looks legit.
