I would say 95% of the proof from Outpost has been bumped within the last 24 hours

Only three willing sellers at 1.6 on a reasonably busy market. I'm thinking a range with 1.6 at low range would be more suitable here.

that could be, but im thinking that 2 shouldn't even be the high end; the offers i was seeing when scanning through the listings were a vintage ushanka and a genuine black anger. Idk i just don't see this being in high demand, the others were just unsold for perhaps weeks with regular bumps and no offers

Offers are meaningless on common items like this, the bulk of trades happen through people adding for listed price.

Even a 1.8 key high range would include a bigger portion of the actively selling market and feel more comfortable. Some searching for actual solds might go a long way here, though it's understandable if it doesn't turn up much given the slower movement of the genuine market.
