My first suggestion

Not much proof, but here:

owner decided to keep it, but it has a 2-2.7bud unusual offer and an untouched 3 bud buyout after a week.

I apologise if it's vague, but as said before, this is my first suggestion, and it had more proof than the previous one.

Sadly... This is more proof than the last suggestion had (and it even got approved).

Add 2-3 more proofs of this being sold at the price and it should be good, one proof isn't really good but it's understandable it can be hard to find proof of this sold because some unusuals can be very rare.

Staying neutral for now

The offers were:

Blizz marauder (1.3-1.4) + 12 keys + sweets

stormy beanie (1.1-1.5) + g.fetti rag (15-17 keys)

Blizz anger (2-2.7)

stormy merryweather (1.4-1.7)

BOs don't really matter. The offers are mostly within the old range, and there isn't any justification for the 2.6 bud high price. Remember, you have to account for overpay when calculating unusual value, so the blizz anger after overpay is more like 2 buds pure.

Despite the price being old, I don't think there is enough proof to change it just yet, sorry.
