I'd tell you I've bought several at that price too if my bias is to buy it off you for resell. The truth of the matter is that he currently has none in his backpack and I also scroll a month back through his outpost trades where I saw that he has yet to post any for resale if he ever did buy one.

Even if they are difficult to sell, they are rare just as you said and as it usually is on this site, you need proof for it to go trough.

If you cant find enough proof you should probably not bother with trying to change it's price in the first place, but that's just my opinion.
