The low offers seem to average out at around 1.8 buds. The high offers are the

Knifestorm capotain (3-3.2 buds) but was retracted in the first trade and declined in the second because the billy owner wanted more. The offer i made of roboactive steel toe + 10 keys (1.6–2.6 buds bp.tf + .5 buds in keys) was rejected by the first trader but kept as c/o by the second because i added a key. I believe that my offer was high and if you average the price between it and the high price of the capotain the best an owner can get out of this hat would be 2.7 buds. So low of 1.8 and high of 2.7. This is a very wide range, and it should be kept in mind that this is a very rare hat with only 4 in existence, so i think the price of this hat should be 2-2.6 buds.
