It is a small misc, i don't see it often though so it's half-rare, proof is kinda meh, you should add more but i'll upvote though.

Not very wanted item. 2 ref trades are all unsold, but 1.66 ones seem to have a sale. The 1.55 one is still unsold as well. Voters like this suggestion, and I think it could use a slight price drop.
