23-25 does not happen anymore, B/O of a bud hasn't been taken in 5 months. There's a bud offer that remains untaken, and since there's no other recent offers that could be considered valid, a flat price is better

oh, I was pretty sure it was gifted to sign, but didn't bother to read the notes as all proof was from ERASER's last suggestion, didn't know it had a spell on it
