Conclusion: Selling a uncraftable Chieftain's Challenge for 1.33 ref takes weeks or 1 month and some days to sell even if you try to sell it or exchange it for a 1.33 craft hat which that can take weeks or maybe a month.

Besides people are not going to buy the uncraftable Chieftain's Challenge for the same price then the craftable version of that hat since people are just going to buy the craftable version for 1.33 ref then the uncraftable version.

Why am I making it a range of 1-1.33 ref since it takes weeks or one month and some days to sell one for 1.33 ref? Because I believe there might be a chance to sell one for 1.33 ref without waiting weeks or one month and some days to sell one for 1.33 ref.

Edit: Also some people will buy it for 1 ref since it's dirty but I don't have any proof of people buying it for 1 ref since people are buying it for a seriously low price like 0.33 ref.
