Yes, the sale is 2 months old, but this is quite literally the only piece of decent data available, save the offer that is close to 11. This seems like a special case where there is an extreme lack of data where something needs to be priced, and the way I am pricing this is not exactly conventional, so opinions and criticism are very welcome.
