First trade is extremely old in the history and has been swapped hands quite a few times since this one. Doing some digging I can't see any proof of what it sold for after working through the history of each person's trades after this hat was moved. So I don't see any proof of price for your range.

The other 2 are unsold, and buyouts/offers aren't proof.

Offers are definitely proof. B/Os are usually used to lower prices.

You're not lowering the price, you're raising it. So B/O really mean nothing here.

He mean that the offers are 20 but someone want just 18 keys so the range should be 18-20. See nothing about 17.
