It, was, a joke! I looked at the proof and people express there opinions in comments all the time and I've also done this. There's nothing wrong with having a little joke, lighten up. Not a new item. It was added to the game on September 21st, 2012 but just made tradable, craftable and giftable on July 17th, 2013.

Yes I know it wasn't tradable for a long time, I was just making joke and I did look at the proof.

Now, I ask because I don't know. How small is the market? Is this enough proof? Someone let me know, please. For now, I'm staying neutral.

This item seems tough, since it seems like most people are selling their low crafts or special levels of this thing. As for the hat itself, a lot of people seem to be asking 5 ref, but your price looks accurate as to what it's actually being traded at. So upgoat.
