B/Os can be used as evidence when making a suggestion for the item/unusual to go down in price. Because if the B/O is lower than Backpack.tf's Price and Market's Price, it means the price should go down.

The b/os are lower than the current price on bp.tf. Making it valid.

Eg: if a unusual is priced at 5 buds but there are alot of sellers at 3 buds, should the unusual still be priced at 5 buds even if there were no sales?

Upvote.. Exe are becoming hard to sell, and 4.8-5.5 is out of range. The way the QS one for 4 buds isn't sold yet, means quite some stuff actually, even if it has been 2 days. The one with b/o of 5 has 6 offers, in 2 weeks. :L
