Calculations:

10% Unusual Overpay: (8.75 + 5.25 + 3.65 + 1.55) * 90% = 17.3 buds

Low-end value: 8.5 + 4.5 + 3.2 + 1.4 = 17.6 buds

Conclusion:

To be fair, these are the main components of the trade, however it is unknown if either side ended up adding any sweets. Also with so many unusuals being involved in the trade, its often that one or two of the unusual price are slightly off and therefore could effect the price if someone looked into them and did an update as I have already done for the flies hazmat prior to this suggestion. Therefore I am going to expand the range to a nice 17-18 buds in order to account for any possible items in the deal may have been over looked. Since the median price, 17.5 buds, is contained within the two versions calculated overpays, I figure this will not be an issue.
