Hello, i suggest price for that good hat.

That hat 1 in world. Hats with effect Memory Leak sell for 2-4 buds.

Maybe officer's ushanka with Memory Leak the same will cost 2-3 buds.

You can't base you price off different hats with the same effect

These trades show how much should cost Memory Leak effect and my ratio to officer's ushanka.

that's not how backpack.tf works, you have to show proof of the hat (this very same hat with the effect, not other combination) being SOLD for the price you're stating (or at least being offered for that matter) this isn't enuogh proof, so I'd have to dowvote, sorry.
