This should be an extremely conservative bump.

Just like all Botkillers, there's always the factor of parts, highballers, MY BK IS LEVEL 13 SO 3 BUDS OR UNUSUAL OVERPAY, and then the people who are sane and sell for a smart price.

I think I have ideas on how Offline gets his hands on most of the stranges in the game

He either works for the tf2 mafia, which supplies him with the "stuff"

He hijacks accounts and steals their shit

Or he stalks trade.tf for gud deels.
