I think you are calculating unusual overpay wrong. You are using the middle value in most cases, where you should be using 0.9 x middle value, or the low end of the price range. For example, Lantern Tyrants with overpay would be 4.6, so you bought it for more like 11.1.
In the second outpost link, there is nobody willing to do a houwar + 1(that I saw). In fact he offered on a houwar and was rejected, so it should not be included as an offer.
Beams Tyrants is 8.7 with overpay, so the offer with that is more like 11.9 buds.
That 5th link and the stuff in it is at least 2-3 months old. With much more recent data available, there is no reason for it to be included.
This 4th link and some stuff in it is also a few months outdated
Offer with V. Medal is close to 2 months outdated...also it's a V Medal...meh.
Additionally Misty Swagmans is 10.8 with overpay.
The last link is also 3-4 months old, so it shouldn't be included either.
I'm not really seeing proof for anything above 11.9. From this proof it seems 11.1-11.9 is the correct range here.

It was offered 3-4 months ago, which would have been around the time of the last suggestion. If you're making a current suggestion use current data is all I'm saying.
The number of Clean Honchos on the market are only 2. Besides if the ''outdated suggestion'' i used was used during the time of the last suggestion, this just means the last suggestion was not an accurate one.
You have shown enough current data to support a range that represents the price now(11.1-11.9). Mixing in old data from months ago will only skew that and make the range inaccurate as it will not represent the offers/sales the hat is getting right now. You are free to do as you wish, but I'm sure that any mod will tell you the same thing when they get around to looking at this.
I was just offered a Houwar + 1 pure. I think that justifies the 12.5 range now.

He had one when i posted that comment. I rejected his offer.
Oh, just saw that it was a duped houwar. I would have rejected that too.
