Well, it is your opinion, if you like or dislike to take the low ends, it is normal in item overpay. Talk to someone else about it.

4th: Wrong. Unusual Overpay: Let's say Unusual TFLogo Anger: 2.1-2.5 If you want to buy a hat, which is like 1.5-2.1 and you offer your TFLogo Anger, then he only accepts the 2.1 from the Anger and accepts/rejects the offer. Atleast: Unusual Overpay = Taking multiple Unusuals on the low end. Lowest Sale? What the hell, does that even mean?
