Conclusion:

Received pure offers twice amounting to 2 buds and had some nice other offers in unusuals as well. Both owners decided on overpaying in unusuals for other pyro hats in the end, but this doesn't detract from the fact that these offers still happened. If I had to do some calculations, I'd say that it was valued at roughly 1.7 buds when it was offered for unusual overpay with the other pyro unusuals, so I'm planning on combining that with the two pure offers of 2 buds in order to make the range 1.7-2 buds.
