Conclusion:
Plenty of offers above 14 keys in the past month, so I do not believe that should remain in range. Most of these trades are at least a month old except for the last one that recently acquired it in an unusual overpay for his Stormy 13th Hour Prancer's Pride. That's why he's selling for 15.5 keys most likely, so he can quickly get what he had as a buyout on his other unusual. Anyways there have been unusual offers (with overpay included) for around ~17 keys, so I do not see a problem including that in range even if there is an unmet buyout of 17 keys for about a month. Also personally I believe the range would be too small if the price was 15-16 keys.
