Some proof for 4,33 would be appreciated. For now, I'll stay neutral.

It would be good, but not necessary. I'm just lowering the low end.

I'm glad to notice that people are finally lowering summer items prices now that the steam summer sale is over. (I find it a bit ridculous to have to pay a key for the compatriot, for example.) Hopefully in time most of the summer items will drop into the 2.66-3.66 range.

Well they started to fall in price only a day after they were released... some of them have reached the 1.33 ref - craft hat pile, some of them, the better ones still worth more. In some weeks every new hat / misc will be 1.33 ref ;)
