8 exist, 2 in market. The smoking hazmat worth more (I'm not using this as proof of course, just saying) and it's themed, steaming one sold for 3, and highest offers for the other one are around 3.9 buds. I owned the steaming hazmat once, and you can't even see the effect in-game, and no option to adjust the effect, so it's kinda useless.
Both prices for the unusual offers are 2-3 months old and might have dropped/risen in price since then. I don't feel comfortable using them as the proof for the high range without something to back them up.
They are 2 months old, not that old.
