Conclusion:

I believe 5 trades is more than sufficient to prove that the high-end on this outdated price is no longer needed. 5 sales in the past month all placing a value on this hat at 1.8-2 buds. Since I see no offers for higher on any of the current trades, I feel comfortable making this slight adjustment on this outdated price.

I payed a Blizz Desert Marauder and 11 keys for mine.

      Thanks for the help :D

That's roughly 1.8 buds with unusual overpay, though I think the outdated price of the Blizz Marauder is a bit low. I like the anti-theme ^^

Oh and i am currently c/o on a smoking wraith wrap with my Nappers. Not sure if this is much proof but just saying.

and heres a link to my trade with 2 decent c/o's http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13190571

Being a c/o on someone else's trade basically means they're trying to use your offer to ward off lowballers, but they don't consider your offer valuable enough to take. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on it.

Nevermind, I read what the guy wrote. I can't tell if he's going to take it, seems to be holding out for something better: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13140761
